Information for Tenants

Properties are usually let for an initial 6months to be reviewed at the end of this period.  Once a suitable property has been found a £100 holding deposit is required ensuring the property is not offered to anyone else while the referencing process takes place. It is deducted from the first months rent and is not a charge.

Every prospective tenant over the age of 18 must be referenced.  If references are failed due to non disclosure or an omission all fees will be lost.
